Special Middle East Envoy George Mitchell of the United States is scheduled to meet Chairman Mahmoud Abbas of the Palestinian Authority (PA) in Ramallah. The two will discuss resumption of diplomatic talks between the PA and Israel.
On Thursday, Mitchell met with Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Ehud Barak.
